What are the payment options?

Our payment options for Fresh Merchandise begin with a deposit online, and then the rest of the payment can be processed in any way.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow up to a week from payment date for your order to be shipped from our facility.

Can I cancel my order after it was placed?

All orders of the products are final. We provide exchanges and refunds on orders that were placed when out of stock and/or when the product is damaged on arrival.

Where can orders be shipped to?

All of the orders are shipped from facilities near Washington DC and are only operating domestically.

Can you repair my device outside of the DMV?

Yes. Just book the device you would like to fix and ship it to us via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Once we repair it, we will ship your device back to you.

Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

Yes, all repairs carry a 30 day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 30 days we will take care of it free of charge!
